I've been eating from this menu plan for about three weeks and love it! The recipes are clear and easy to follow, and the food ends up so flavorful and filling, I forget that I'm eating raw. Best of all, my energy is higher and my overall mood is better since integrating these recipes into my diet. I thought I was eating pretty well before (mainly organic, no meat, a little fish) but this menu plan takes it to a whole new level. My favorite recipe so far is the spinach/mushroom salad--5 minutes to make and so delicious and nourishing. -) I highly recommend this plan for anyone who wants an approachable way to start eating raw.
